Our Story
My son, Frankie, had a dream to have a restaurant one day with 'Farm to Table' cuisine, cooking with only all organic and all natural products. To that end he went to and graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, R.I. Sadly, Frankie died in August 2015.
In memory of my son, I am continuing his concept with our current venture, Cheese Farm to Table. We will be making all natural and all organic cheeses, cheese cakes and drinkable yogurts. I think Frankie would have especially liked our Yogurt Shakes. Please join us and enjoy our products think of him with a smile.
Our Mission
It gives us great pleasure to continue Frankie's dream of Farm to Table Lifestyle with Absolutely Nothing Artificial Added in any of our products. All Honest and True Ingredients with Whole Milk from Local Jersey Cows, Fresh Milked Daily at the Dairy Farm right here in New Jersey. All of our products are made Locally in Hope, New Jersey at our milk creamery.
